LumaLux centers on the concept of optimal LED light therapy delivery to harness the best possible skin results from home. We have carefully developed every device, with concepts such as power density, wavelength precision, energy absorption, comprehensive coverage, and bulb placement at the forefront.
Research revealed that many neck-targeting serums fall short when it comes to directly stimulating collagen production. Instead, they often rely on potent ingredients that can be too harsh for the delicate skin on the neck and décolletage.
How to Use
- Cleanse the treatment area
- Connect the mask to the controller
- Place the neck device around your neck and chest or preferred treatment area. The neck device can be attached using the integrated strap or the additional detachable strap
- Press the power button for two seconds to activate the device
- The default mode is red + infrared + deep infrared - to change press the mode button
- After 3 minutes, the device will power down automatically
- Apply a nourishing moisturizer
- Clean the device before and after use

1. Regular Cleaning (Before & After Every Use)
Gently wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth or a gentle, alcohol-free wet wipe before and after each use.
2. Deep Cleaning (Every 2 Weeks)
For a more thorough clean, sanitize the device every 2 weeks, or more frequently depending on usage.
Lightly spray a soft cloth with 70% isopropyl alcohol (or higher) and gently wipe the surface.
Never spray alcohol directly onto the device to avoid potential damage.
Q: How do I charge the control ? How long should it charge for?
- Prepare the adapter: Insert the Type-C charging cable into a standard 5V charging adapter. Note: Fast chargers are not compatible with our older batch of masks.
- Connect to device: Plug the other end of the cable into the neck insert on the control box.
- Verify charging: The controller will display flashing "88" to indicate charging has started.
Charge time: Approximately 3 hours for a full charge (controller displays "88" when complete).
Usage note: The device cannot be used while the control box is charging.
Battery life: One full charge supports 5–8 sessions (about 15–24 minutes total use).
